Building Safety and Security:
Knowing that your building is properly secured during and after the cleaning operation will provide you with peace of mind. Doors will be properly secured and alarms will be set upon completion of each shift. Appliances, such as coffee makers, will be turned off, and similar appliances (excluding computer and business equipment) that may be potentially hazardous if left on, will also be turned off, provided these are noticed by our staff. A note will be written advising of the irregularity, and a record will be made in the building log book.
Unsafe conditions, such as water on floors, boxes or other items left in potentially dangerous places, plumbing leaks, loose carpeting, slippery walkways, and so forth, will be cared for promptly. Your building manager will be notified immediately so plumbers and other trades may be contacted for repairs.
Safe Cleaning Methods
Our professional use of cleaning chemicals and equipment will keep your building in top condition. Dangerous situations and procedures will be scrupulously avoided and corrected. Strong and potentially hazardous chemicals will be used responsibly by qualified personnel, and employees will be trained in safety, security, and ventilation.
Training
Employees will receive on-going classroom and on-site training in safety and security. Training will include the proper use of electrical cleaning appliances and equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor machines, and carpet extractors. Employees will be trained in the proper use of ladders, chemicals, and cleaning tools.
Insurance
